Tame The Dragom Summer Camp: Emotion
Regulation skills group for Children
How your child will benefit:
Helping your child learn to manage their emotions in a healthy way can sometimes be challenging—but they don’t have to do it alone.
In this engaging and creative group, your child will explore emotional regulation through fun activities designed just for them. By participating, children will:
Build self-awareness by learning to identify and name their emotions.
Develop coping skills they can use to manage big feelings like frustration, anxiety, or sadness.
Improve communication by practicing how to express emotions in healthy, respectful ways.
Strengthen peer connections through group activities that promote empathy, teamwork, and social skills.
